Beautiful, sunny, silky smooth sunflower dress by ChicMe size small.  Smocked bodice and semi full skirt with ruffled bottom and an open crisscross tie back. This dress is beautiful and long and sure to make you shine. 
The dress is labeled a size small but would fit a size medium body and possibly a size large as well because of the stretch from the smock and the elastic waisted back.
